Client: Robins & Morton Owner: Ocala Health Description: This expansion project added nearly 35,000 square feet of new space and renovated 50,000 square feet of existing space, representing an increase in capacity of approximately 15% (34 more inpatient beds).
Client: Culpepper Construction Owner: Capital Regional Medical Center Description: These two 10,800 square-foot ERs will bookend the city of Tallahassee and will give residents convenient, around-the-clock access to care. The ERs will have 24 beds total and be capable of providing pediatric and adult care.
Client: Suffolk Construction Owner: Steward Health Care Description: Built for our client, Suffolk Construction, this $65 million expansion of Sebastian River Medical Center will add 90,000 sq. ft. with 48 private patient rooms, bringing the total number of licensed, inpatient patient beds to 202, an increase of 31%.
