Description: The theater resides on the second floor of the newly renovated mall, with restaurants occupying the main level. Despite an aggressive schedule, logistical challenges of building on the second floor and performing all work while the mall was fully operational, our client, Graycor, with our help as the subcontract steel fabricator and erector, successfully completed the project four months prior to expected completion and before the mall’s holiday shopping season. Cobb Theater celebrated its grand opening on December 15, 2011.
