Description: This project, built for our client, WELBRO, is a meeting space expansion for Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld. The project added 46,250 sq. ft. of new construction including a new 16,000 sq. ft. ballroom with the ability to be divided into multiple smaller rooms. Also included were seven, 1,200 sq. ft. meeting rooms, spacious pre-function areas, and over 15,000 sq. ft. of interior renovations.
